Win-Rate Proposals

Welcome all to the official blog of BIG City! As season one winds down one main thing needs to be decided. That is the minimum win-rate (MWR) for the future seasons. This topic was talked about earlier in the year, yet nothing was very much decided. Below are three proposals for BIG City's MWR:

To vote please trade chat me with your selection.

1. This proposal is all about wins. As a franchise you need a total at least 120 ML wins over two seasons and 420 MIL wins over two seasons. This is very doable. If you sign a FA they can be traded whenever. If there is a owner replaced anytime after the league starts there MWR will not start till the next year. If you fail to hit these MWR you will be put on a one-year probation in which you need 65 ML wins and 450 MIL wins. Again very doable. If you were to fail to reach those numbers you would be put on suspension from the league for two seasons.

2. This proposal goes close to the same benchmarks. Each franchise should win no less then 54 ML games per year and you need to win 120 over the span of two years. If you are brand new to the world these rules will not apply till your second year. There is no MIL win-rate in this proposal. The penalty: if you fail to hit MWR your franchise will receive a one year ban from signing any international FA no matter what. If you fail to comply with this whatsoever you will be struck with a one year ban from BIG City. Once again in this proposal there is no limit on signing a FA to then trade them.

3. This third proposal is something you are all familiar with. You are required to hit at least a .250% at every single level. If for some reason you do not hit this number you will be struck with signing a MIL FA for 5MM of the commissioners choosing. This proposal once again has no limits on trading FA after signing them.

It has also came to my attention that there is interest into renaming the world "Morgans Second City." Should we be moving forward with changing the name? Please trade chat me with any thoughts you have.
